Koko Lashes💕🎀 Policies - I do not require a deposit in order to book an appointment. Full payment should be made the day of appointment in cash. - same day cancellations will result in any future appointments paid in full before hand in order to secure spot. - You have 24 hours to let me know if you have any issues with your set for a complimentary fix - I do not do work over others work. If you have lashes from another lash tech please book the removal along with the set you’d like. - For fill ins, clients should have 40% or more of lash extensions remaining, if there is less than 40% it will be considered a full set. Appointment etiquette - Please arrive with clean lashes, free of any makeup,strip lash glue, face oils moisturizer, etc. - Please arrive on time to your appointment. There will be a 5 minute grace period, a late fee of $10 will be added after the 5 min -after 10 min of tardiness your appointment will need to be rescheduled - Plan accordingly you will be laying down for a few hours. - No additional guest Covid policy - Face mask are required for the entire duration of the appointment. - If you feel sick don’t hesitate to let me know and we can reschedule.Business Hours
